The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with great tips and recommendations. The rooms were nice and clean, with comfortable beds that ensured a fabulous night's sleep. The location was fantastic, close to the bustling market and within walking distance of many attractions.
One drawback was that being in an old building, there was some noise that could be heard. although the breakfast provided was sufficient for us, it might not be varied enough for those with bigger appetites.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a lovely balcony overlooking the bustling main street. The bathroom was excellent, with all amenities in perfect working order. The breakfast choices were generous and delicious, and the staff were great too make our experience special, even preparing a special dessert for my mom's birthday. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Praca do Comercio and Time Out Market.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to some bars and the Time Out centre which made it easy to explore. The service and housekeeping were impeccable, and my room was always clean and refreshed. I particularly liked that the reception was located in the restaurant above, making it easy to collect the keys. The staff were always happy to help, and I appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport.
I would recommend this hotel to my family.

Cleanliness: The room was amazingly clean and tidy. Location: It was very close to the city centre and all the main sights. Transportation: The hotel was close to the waterfront and had easy access to public transportation.

This hotel is conveniently located near all the attractions we wanted to see in the center of the city. It is close to the river and just a short walk away from the waterfront. The room was spacious and modern, with a clean and nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. the hotel is outside of the main tourist strip, allowing for a more authentic experience of the city.
The noise from the street in the evening was a bit bothersome.
